| DETAIL: | The requirement of two separate of private sector director & enclaves general office. Nuha cut the space in a fashion that it fulfills the functional requirement without compromising on the openness of office working environment. The Hvac system has been handled in a fashion that it supplies and return air grills did not bother the serenity of the ceiling. The ducting system was design wisely which results in achieving highest ceiling height among all office at stock exchange building. Re modification of toilet and store area gives a more functional facilities and give a welcome reception area in lobby in addition. Selection of material and their detailing make this office timeless even today it looks as if it was inaugurated yesterday. Use of technology such as led lights and VAV system e.g. makes this office energy efficient. |
