| DETAIL: | NUHA design this project back in 2006 but unfortunately couldn’t construct. One of the constraints was time also so we design this 900, 000 sq.ft project from inception to final presented design in just 10 days. NUHA believes that ‘Constraints are the opportunities’. Since the project has a lot of constraints so we negotiate with them through design to be able to convert them in to opportunity. For example, height limitation along fringe of the site was tackled with imaginative housing typology. A triangular site can be difficult to achieve regular geometric permutations but the massing was done in a fashion that very interesting voids, views and vistas were produced. |
